Your family’s details, handled with care.

What we collect

• Consultation form. Your name, phone, email, your athlete’s age, the program you’re interested in, and anything you choose to tell us.
• Bookings. When you book a free skills assessment or a class, our booking system (Acuity Scheduling) collects the details on its booking form, such as your name, contact details and your child’s name.
• Messages. What you send us by phone, WhatsApp, email or social media.
• Photos and video. We may photograph or film training and competition. We only publish photos or names of children with a parent’s permission.
• Website visits. On our live website, the Meta Pixel records visits and actions such as starting a booking. See “Cookies and the Meta Pixel” below.

How we use it

To reply to you, arrange assessments and classes, run training safely, contact you about your child’s sessions, and understand which of our ads reach families. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Services we use

A few trusted services handle information for us. Some store it outside Australia, including in the United States.

• Netlify hosts this website and receives the consultation form.
• Acuity Scheduling (by Squarespace) runs our bookings.
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) for ads measurement and messages.
• Google provides the fonts on this site and the map, which only loads when you open it.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

The Meta Pixel is a small piece of code on our website. It uses cookies to tell Meta that someone visited our site or tapped to book, so we can measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. We do not see who you are from it. You can limit this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

Children’s information

We collect information about children from their parent or guardian. You can withdraw permission for photos at any time, and we will stop using them going forward.

Keeping it safe

Only our coaches and staff who need your information can see it. We keep it while your child trains with us and for as long as we need it afterwards, then delete it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold, or ask us to delete it, using the contact details on this page. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will work to fix it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
